I used Kim to both list my home and to purchase another and I found her to be dedicated to me, the client. Kim is a great listener and provided many ideas that made the buying/selling experience a smooth one. Kim was “right on” in every aspect of the sale and purchase. The sale price was exactly where it needed to be, the listing was well written, the pictures were excellent, and did not have to have an open house because of a rapid sale of the property. Kim was fantastic we told her what we wanted and how much we where willing to spend and she immediately started the search. When we found our home she got the paper work started that day. We closed on our house in about 60 days and she made it such an easy and stress free process. I'd never recommend anyone other than her.

We are relocating from Pennsylvania to Florida and have been working with Kim for several months. She took the time to listen to the type of home we were looking for and despite the fact that we changed locations, number of stories, overall price, etc. she worked tirelessly to present us home after home to consider in our search. Being totally unfamiliar with Florida, she helped to narrow our search to a more specific area based on our priorities. Because we are working together under a geographical disadvantage almost all our communication is carried out via email. Any questions we posed to her were always answered the same day. Kim makes us feel we are her only customers due to the amount of time she devotes to us. During our initial trip to Florida to look at homes we chose, we decided to make an offer on one. She presented the offer, then advised us that the seller had two more appointments to show their home and requested time to entertain additional possible offers. Another offer came in and Kim explained what our options were regarding counter-offers. As it turned out, the other offer was a full cash offer, which we could not compete with so our search continues. Buying a home is a scary venture. Buying a home out of state in an area you are unfamiliar, and in a state where you know not a single soul is even more scary. We are fortunate someone recommended Kim to us. She put our minds at ease and has turned this house hunting adventure into a pleasurable experience.
