At the northeast end of the park, you can visit the recently restored Venice Train Depot which once saw the arrival of travelers from such groups as the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, the U.S. Army Air Corp., the Kentucky Military Institute (KMI) and Ringling Brothers, Barnum and Bailey Circus.
The local Venice Little Theatre provides live stage performances and the Venice Symphony has concerts and educational programs throughout the year. On Saturday mornings, the Farmer’s Market displays locally grown fruits and vegetables and the freshest shrimp and seafood directly from the Gulf.
